All wheels sold by Pro Forged Wheels USA are custom built to order.
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all sales are final once production has begun.
Product images, renders, and colors are for illustrative purposes only and may vary slightly from the final product.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.
Payment must be received in full before production begins.
We are not responsible for bank fees, currency conversion fees, or payment processor charges.

4. Order Accuracy & Fitment Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle and wheel specifications, including but not limited to size, offset, bolt pattern, center bore, and finish.

Once an order is submitted, specifications are considered final.

5. Production & Lead Times

Production and delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping carriers, but we will assist with claims when possible.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

Any damage or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos and original packaging.
Approved claims may result in repair, replacement, or partial refund at our discretion.
Damage caused by improper installation, road hazards, misuse, or normal wear is not covered.

Wheels must be installed by a qualified professional.
Improper installation voids any warranty or replacement eligibility.
